Went for a run since the weather was nice.
I feel tired as fuck, i haven’t ran in a while.. but when i ran today i got exhausted quite fast. Every time i ran a while at a pace.. i got tired and out of breath fast. Now i’m wondering is it because of the smoking… eh my stomachs hurting too.
